Luscious Lavender or Green Apple and Vanilla. The thought of these fragrant aromas alone are enough to entice you to close your eyes, put a smile on your face and relax. Imagine how you’d feel with these natural fragrances actually lulling you to sleep!
The concept here is simple. Scent to Sleep offers an easy solution to insomnia sufferers and restless sleepers alike. Just spray and sleep. Yep – and it’s great. Especially if you are an aromatherapy lover like me.
The bottle, (which is very affordable by the way), boasts enough Scent to last for many dozes. And, the process is simple- with just a few sprays on your linens, you rest your precious little head onto the pillow and drift off into la-la land. Sounds too good to be true? With a history of sleep issues for the past year, I've tried all of the potions, pills and eye pillows. I can say that this natural remedy ranks as one of my favs.
The bottle recommends to pump 5-6 sprays onto your pillow and bedsheets, but honestly, I think 3-4 will do the trick. The first night I tried Scent to Sleep, I started with 5 and found the aromatherapy to be a little strong. This tidy sleep-aid is potent. With the natural ingredients of essential oils and a bit of alcohol, too much was too much, but just enough was, well, just enough. Within minutes of using 3-4 sprays the following nights, I was relaxed with eyes closed and a mind that was cranking down from over-drive to neutral. My favorite scent, the Luscious Lavender, has a hint of peppermint to create a smell that isn't overly flowery. Their Green Apple and Vanilla is nice too, but I'm not a dire vanilla fan and was side-tracked with the scent more than the therapeutic benefits.
More great advantages: No sleep-aid hangovers. No lingering scents on your sheets or hair. Non-toxic. Nothing to swallow, wear or rub-in. Just keep the classy bottle next to your bed, spray and sleep. And, it feels nice to take care of your body – especially when the benefits include fresh, wonderful smells and a vibrant mind in the morning. I'd say, give it a spray.
